1. Return Window & Condition
- Return within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/manuals.
- Provide unboxing/issue photographs if requested for faster resolution.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care/hygiene items, innerwear, perishable goods.
- Customized/engraved products, gift cards, clearance/final sale.
- Products with tampered serial numbers or missing accessories.
3. Return Process
- Email support@dbrandshop.com with Order ID and reason.
- Our team approves eligible requests and arranges pickup (serviceable pin codes) or self-ship instructions.
- Quality Check (QC) upon receipt. Approved returns proceed to refund/exchange as chosen.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund as per Refund Policy.
5. Self-Ship
If pickup is unavailable, we’ll share the return address. Keep the courier receipt; eligible shipping charges may be reimbursed (cap applies).
6. Damaged/Wrong Item
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll prioritize replacement or refund after verification.
